Andrew Soriano, Owner/Business Manager

Andrew has worked in the remodel and painting industry on and off for over 15 years. Working alongside his stepdad in AZ, CA and the Pacific Northwest he has gained a multitude of experience in painting and contracting. 

Ricardo Cisneros, Owner/Project Lead

Ricardo has been painting for the past 10+ years both residential and commercial and has a keen eye for detail. His continued passion for finishing projects on time and on budget has lead him to branch out and start S&C Painting Solutions with his father and brother in law. 

Brigido Cisneros, Owner/Project Lead

Brigido has worked in construction and painting nearly his entire life. He has completed many projects including commercial projects, but has specialized in residential painting. Many homes right here in Central Oregon have seen his brush. He and Ricardo are professional individuals who strive to make every project a success for their clients.
